Return & Refund Policy

We supply custom-made goods that are produced individually according to the customer’s specifications. In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to such personalized products.

Accordingly, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed, except in the event of a verified defect or production error attributable to us.

If you believe the product you received is faulty or incorrect, please contact us in writing within 7 days of delivery at [your email]. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.
