1. Scope

These terms apply to all purchases made via this website. The seller is a private limited company (OÜ) registered in Estonia.

2. Products and Customization

We offer personalized products manufactured to customer specifications. The final result depends on the input provided during ordering. Please ensure all personalization data is correct.

3. Orders & Contract

By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract becomes effective once we confirm your order via email.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on destination and production time. Estimated delivery dates are not binding unless explicitly confirmed.

6. Return Policy

Personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds, except where required by law or in the event of a confirmed defect caused by us.

7. Liability

We are only liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. For minor negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. For consumers within the EU, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence apply.
Jurisdiction for all disputes is Tallinn, Estonia, unless local law grants the consumer a different forum.
